no, both the 1080p WEB-DL and WEB are exactly the same. scene rules dictate the strife releases are titled as WEB for untouched streams but NTb is a p2p group so uses WEB-DL.
if you really want to watch this in the best possible quality then wait for the 1080p NTb WEBRips

Thanks. Just to clarify why cracksmokingjimmy is suggesting waiting for 1080p NTb WEBRips - the WEB-DL's above are direct transfers from NF's 1080p stream. The 1080p WEBRips that NTb has released are re-encoded from the NF 2160p stream (i.e. a better source, resulting in better picture quality, albeit much bigger and potentially somewhat bloated files at 4-5GB each, although no where near as bloated as other less proficient encoder's WEBRips). This is something NTb has started doing with NF releases (e.g. Mindhunter).

dlc is a link container. open it with jdownloader 2 and all the urls are loaded into folders ready for download
