The tragic thing about R&S DVD's is that they have censored episodes. The Ren and Stimpy subreddit can direct you to uncensored megalink episodes if you search hard enough.

I messaged the guy earlier this year and he said he was getting on it, and then nothing happened. I sent him a follow up and there was no response.

Well, saved me the time. Was gonna try to contact the guy myself. Hopefully the V2s come out soon. I picked up the old ones for the time being.

A german label released (and piece together, since some stuff was cut in German TV as well) a fully uncut DVD set a few years ago. Check here for detailed info on particular episodes what was cut and exactly when.
