Take that "leak" with a grant of salt. The only thing I know is that it should release sometime next month but for some reason you can already Download it in Australia.

Btw you might not want to link an Nintendo account yet if you don't live in Australia.

Cheers! I wanna know if Nintendo will let me play on a rooted phone this time... (the only one I was able to play from a rooted phone was the Miitomo, Mario Run and Fire Emblem got blocked sadly)

EDIT: This version still runs if your phone is rooted, hopefully Nintendo won't change it after release!

I am getting an error code after the first few minutes of gameplay. I got the fruit for the guy and headed back to camp and was greeted with a perpetual error.

Same here, but i got the same error right after i made my character. This article says

this issue seems to pop up if your phone is rooted, or using a non-stock ROM (regardless of root status).

All I can say is that I'm using Magisk, which has some obfuscation, but it was not enough for Mario Run, Fire Emblem, or (non-nintendo) Fate/Grand Order.
