It's new print of the film by Lionsgate Films that's considered the superior BluRay version compared to previous releases in terms of image quality etc.

The image quality is better, and many people prefer the theatrical cut of the film since the T-1000 is made out to be more menacing in this version. However, the Lionsgate BluRay also comes with the Director's Cut version on the disc, so that version is available as well. This was the one that was requested, though.
