Any advice on how to extract? Keka is not working and Bandizip isn't giving me an option for Mac.

Piracy is now more difficult than buying media. Bummer.

You only need to extract from the .7z.001 and the rest will be done for you. If Keka isn't working, you may have had CRC errors during download. Try using the SFV file with CheckSum+ or HashSum to verify that the file integrity is intact.
