Hey OP, I guess I've fallen behind the times. Torrents are pretty much dead and I have no idea how I'm supposed to come up with a download link for this. Maybe it's just because I'm on mobile?

The link is masked (encode using Base 64) "L" is the Link and "K" is the key.

The files are hosted in the MEGA service mega dot nz is the service. Use an online b64 decoder (the link is there), enter what follows "L:" and hit decode, that is the link, copy and paste on a browser but write the word mega at the beginning of it to get the correct url. Once there you will need the "key", do the same for what follows "K:" and copy/paste the decoded key.
