For anyone wondering, here's a screenshot comparison between the 720p AVC and HEVC versions of the episode: http://screenshotcomparison.com/comparison/121525/

You can see there's an insane amount of quality degradation between the two, albeit a big file size difference too, but if you can take the extra space it's clearly worth it to grab the AVC.

I'll update this with a 1080p one too, but the decision might be slightly different. The HEVC episode was sourced from Netflix so it presumably has the full episode, whereas the AVC one from CBS All Access may have issues with being cut up in places.

Edit: It crapped out when I tried to do 3 for each, so here's a single image comparison for 1080p: http://screenshotcomparison.com/comparison/121527

These ones are both weird, neither one of them is actually 1920x1080. The HEVC one looks worse than the 720p HEVC and everything is squished down. It's much worse compared to all of the other options quality-wise, but it might be the only copy linked here that has the full episode (it's about 4 seconds longer than the 720p, the 1080p AVC is missing something like 3 minutes).

My recommendation would be the 720p x264 if you can handle about 4 seconds missing.

Which is the best version that has the full ep and isn't cut?

As far as I know, ONLY the 600MB 1080p HEVC has the full episode. Both the 720ps are off by a couple seconds, and the other 1080p is off by a few minutes. I can't be precise with exactly which seconds are missing, so if you don't want to miss anything get the one linked in this post. If you wanna risk missing something, the 720p AVC one at 900MB is superior.

The HVEC one seems to have a correct aspect ratio from my observation. At 0:42 there are circle shapes which appear perfect. When I force a 16:9 ratio (HVEC one is slightly wider than 16:9) the circles become elliptical and everything seems noticeably stretched vertically.

I would concur, with those screens the 1st one makes the 720p look close to 1080p without a doubt
