I was expericing upload speeds in the kbs while on a fiber connection. After some troubleshooting and speaking with, the man, the legend, TheCrach, I was able to figure out how to get things working.

1. Go into your settings in the mega app
2. Set upload speed to 999999999kbps
3. Set Maximum uploads to 6
4. Sometimes it seems like also setting it to HTTPS instead of HTTP helps, but I cannot confirm if this helps for a fact, but it seems to
5. Sucsess, you should now be able to upload at non butt speeds
