I purchased this in the past and went through the entire thing. It's actually an excellent course. It goes over full-stack Javascript and web development using the MEAN stack.

If you have a little bit of experience, I'd say go for it. It starts with HTML to create a super basic web page, then goes over CSS to style it, and then gets a little more advanced, getting into basic Javascript to do really simple stuff like move things on a page or create a drop-down menu on a web page. It starts with really basic Javascript, and gets more advanced as you go on.

This is all considered Front-End.

With the front-end stuff complete, it moves to back-end, where you learn Node.js (a Javascript server, essentially), MongoDB (database), Express.js (a framework that runs inside of Node.js), and a lot more.

I wouldn't say you'll be an expert in Javascript by the end, and you might need to supplement your Javascript learning with something else, but if you want to learn how a really powerful website is built from start to finish, this is an awesome course to teach you that. You build some really good quality stuff in this course. I would've paid more for this course.

The author updates the course pretty frequently. There's usually new content added every few months. I'd say it's pretty up-to-date and the content is definitely relevant.
