Extract using 7zip from the .7z.001 file only. 7zip should do the rest of it for you

Ah, you downloaded all of the files in a zip. Now you need to use 7zip to extract the first file in that folder. If you right click the .7z.001 folder with 7zip installed, you should be able to "extract here" or to a folder within the context menu.
