Can someone please explain why this is in parts?

I just want it in one file so I can put it on a usb and put it on my PS4.

It's in parts to ensure convenient downloading in case download fails, you won't have to start all over again. You can still put it on your PS4, all you've to do is extract it to get the MKV video file inside and then copy that. It's not that much more of a step really.
