This cut is actually slightly shorter than the theatrical version by almost 2 minutes. Movie-censorship.com has a great detailed comparison of the two cuts if anyone is interested

Yes. It was on amazon, got taken down, then got brought back up. It was also included with the limited edition Spider Man bluray box set that was announced over the summer.
