The ntb one is a capture, but the deflate one seems a webdl, and in the nfo they say untouched H264. I'm not sure at all tho.

NTb is WEB-DL - some trackers are still renaming them as WEBRip.

Yes, it's the same video/audio stream.

Differences:

DEFLATE has English SDH subtitles (in addition to the English) but no chapters.

NTb has named chapters but no English SDH subs.
