When opening the file in VLC, I see English subtitles but no audio plays on the Spanish track (except for when I switch tracks and then it's only for a split second. However, audio does play on the commentary track flawlessly.

I personally prefer to use MPC-BE on Windows, it's very configurable, compatible, and has a thumbnail preview on seek option.
