my extractor is saying it couldn't extract the file. please help.i have a bad net and it took a long time to download it.

What extractor are you trying to use and is it up to date? you probably just have to update your un-archiving software.

UnRar Unacrchiver gives me nothing, no message, no file, just nothing happens when I try to extract.

Then I tried ‘The unarchiver’ , gets a “ could not extract the file from the archive” message and a 20mb file of the movie that plays like 10 secs.

Both apps are up to date and I use a Mac.

Edit: it says the archive file is corrupted. What should I do?

I tried looking into those programs but I'm not sure either supports openning rar5, can you try the Command Line Winrar for Mac OSX? I don't use Mac OS so I'm not super familiar with what programs to use.

Thanks, I didn't understand the link you gave me, but I googled rar5 after you mentioned it, downloaded a software called iZip Unarchiver, and it worked. Thanks again.

was really excited to watch the movie today, but ended up wasting time figuring out how to extract it.
