Have you tried to repair the archive? There's a recovery record written in the files and I ran an integrity test before uploading, try running repair archive from winRar.

When I try to extract this I get a bunch of errors, none of the archives can be opened. Any help? Usually everything works fine

Sounds like your extractor doesn't support the RAR5 format, you may need to update it or install a different archiving program.
