It's officially included in the BluRay and I'm sure they are way more black/white-enhancements than just "desaturating" the movie.

I think the black and white versions are made to look more accurately like black and white film, since turning down the saturation doesn't have quite the saem effect, although you absolutely could view it like that if you wanted

thanks for responding. I downloaded the zip file, open 7zip and extract the file to a folder on my desktop and it still shows 18 / 19 individual files

There are only 18 parts. If you are still having trouble extracting the 7z, you may have had some CRC errors during the download. Use QuickSFV to verify the file integrity

You just need to extract from the first file, the rest will be done automatically for you by 7zip
