These files have been re-encoded to x265 from x264 by someone else, I would provide credit if I knew whose upload this was. Things you can potentially expect: choppy video, blocky video, audio that is not in sync (if using VLC, you can use the J and K keys to adjust the audio timing temporarily, but this will only apply for the current VLC session), watermarks from release groups, screen tearing, and potentially other nuisances.
