I'd recommend MPC-BE if you're on windows, but VLC and PotPlayer should also work

VLC (latest version) doesn't work...as they are 24 separate files, do you have to combine them?

No, you just need to extract from the .7z.001 file with 7zip (or equivalent for your OS)
