I don't know if I'd call it a remake but it's definitely more like the original Judge Dredd character than the Stallone version and I enjoyed this one a lot more.

I really wish I could have seen it in 3D, as it would have been mind blowing.

Saw it in theatre (and loved it). It really was mind blowing. SloMo-effect+tower setting+vibrant colours=perfect for 3D.

Some of the blood splashes, glass shards, bullets etc "flew" beyond the actual framing of the movie (where the black bars are).

Was a pretty trippy experience and an Über-kickass flick.

Oh yeah, this was a good one for 3D, probably the best use of 3D I've experienced in a movie. For games it's a toss up between Portal or Fallout: New Vegas. Infinite Portals in 3D is cool as shit but there's something particularly special about looking down the sites of a rifle in New Vegas and seeing the distance between the front and rear sites.

For some reason I cannot extract the rar files. I constantly get the error message "xxx cannot be opened as archice".

Downloaded everything again to see if a file is corrupted but still getting the same error. This only happens for this movie, I downloaded tons of movies from here and never encountered this issue before.
