Yeah. Youtube is great, but it's extremely politically partisan in almost every issue. TGCP is a lot more academic.

Is there any possibility of finding the missing PDFs of some of the courses?

Those a few pages (similar to academic syllabi) contain so much information and provide such a strong initial foundation when/if you intend to start an in depth study of any of these subjects.
