Speeds are awfully slow on that so it might take hours.

Why is the 720p version have larger file size than the 1080p version?

720p is x264 and 1080p is x265.

Both are video compression algorithms.

x265 produces a lower file size because it's more efficient.

I'd recommend you to download the 1080p one but either is good enough.

If you're gonna be playing this on your TV, some TVs don't support x265 so get the 720p one.
