So, first, you goto base64decode, and paste what he has listed as "K", remove #Salt! from the decoded text and that's the decryption key to the mega link.

You click the link to the Mega up above, and then you type in "megalinks" as the password (without the quotes, ofc) and then paste your decrypted key and download from there.
