I noticed it too, Megadownloader is still working for me although Jdownloader 2 no longer starts files that are larger than the bandwidth limit. Megadownloader starts the files but will now stop at the bandwidth limit, but I can still pause the download, change IP, select reset, and resume the download immediately.
