The archive has been confirmed to be good, what program are you using to unrar? If you are just having Jdownloader extract it for you try winRar or 7zip, If you have been using winRar or 7zip try updating or use the other one.

Yep, thanks.. it worked when I used a different extractor (Keka on OS X). Had tried with JDownloader as well as 'The Unarchiver' before; both errored out for some reason.

Trying to work out a way to get the commentary tracks to play together with the movie.. any tips? Would I have somehow combine them together into an MKV or something?

Use MKVtoolnix to remux the video and whatever audio streams you want into an mkv
