Decode at https://www.base64decode.org/ and remove word !TrasH# (including the pound sign and exclamation point) from both the link and the key. You must type 'mega' before the link after you decode it.

My absolute favorite movie. Thank you for providing it in this format :)
Why are there "lower" audio tracks? Every device or media player I've seen has been able to down-convert the highest one. Is it because some can't do that? (i.e. 7.1 to 5.1, DTS-HD to DTS to DD, etc.)
[-] tiiiiimmmm | 2 points
Yes, and also because it's generally better to play a track designed for the hardware you're playing it on rather than to down-convert higher quality stuff. The simple reason for that is when you author the individual quality soundtracks yourself you get to choose how the audio is preserved rather than relying on runtime algorithms which might accidentally lose things you want to preserve. All these tracks were muxed from the official Bluray, I provide them separately so people can choose what tracks they want without being forced to download a much larger file which contains all tracks.
Edit: One other point, higher bitrate/quality audio takes more CPU power to play, just like video. An older machine might not be able to handle HD audio or the combination of HD video and audio at the same time.

It's still up, make sure you remove '!TrasH#' from both the link and key after decoding.
Just wanted to know, is this the Remux of the Criterion release, which had remastered video?
[-] tiiiiimmmm | 1 points
It is not, I haven't been up on video releases for a bit and was unaware Criterion added this to the preservation list. This is the original release by New Line Media which, while I'm sure the Criterion release is superior, does sport an excellent audio/video transfer.

Hey man, first of all, thanks for this upload!
I know this post is quite old already, but no matter how many times I redownload part008 of the rars I can't seem to be able to extract the movie. I tried several programs and I think the part itself might be the problem. I don't know if you can do something about this, but a reupload (maybe only of part 8) would be amazing.
Sorry for the trouble and thank you very much! :)

This movie is pure magic! Guillermo del Toro is a genius. One of my all time favorite Writer/Directors.
Fun fact about him, he has a library in his house dedicated to fairy tales and folklore.
