I should probably give it another watch. There were some things I didn't like about it -- plus I watched it just a couple of days after watching another movie that I think was actually kinda similar to it in some ways (and that really blew me away).

I haven't seen this since 2011 but it's one of the better foreign-language films that year (along with Headhunters and Raid Redemption) .. from what I recall. What similar movie were you referring to...?

Ah, I purposely didn't say the name of the movie because I could actually see the comparison itself being somewhat of a spoiler.
If you really want me to say it, I will though. (It's an English-language movie from the past few years, and although it wasn't a box office hit, it's pretty well-acclaimed among those who like mindfuck-type movies -- so you may have already seen it.)
