Use this .bat file. It resets your windows Network Stack, without needing a reboot. Just run it every time you reach the bandwidth limit. Works like a charm on MegaDownloader v1.7.

They are quite elusive. This is the only x265 copy of this movie I could find short of encoding it myself, but I need to upgrade my CPU cooler before I do too many more x265 encodes. I still don't have the extras though, just a BD Remux.
