Is this the uncensored (explicit) soundtrack?

it's the explicit version of the documentary.

Joking? This is a new documentary. The TV series from 1987 was called Tour of Duty.

The Vietnam War: A film by Ken Burns & Lynn Novick - PBS (2017)
Made for the The.Vietnam.War.S01.1080p.WEB-DL.AAC2.0.H.264-TOPKEK release.
Subtitles extracted from the MKV videos. The embedded subtitles did not work for me, so I've extracted them and tweaked them in order to get them working.
Changes include:
Removal of (size="1c") code that was preventing the subtitles from appearing at all.
Removal of double-line spaces between multiple lines of text which was preventing the second line of text from showing on the video.
You can get them here:

Thank you for a great upload. I watched the first 8 parts on pbs website but last two were locked.

I love that MiPony completely ignores not installing the bloat-shit and then adds more when you get Death By Captcha. I had to force uninstall Avast that installed with the plugin -_- Make a clean installer without all that bullshit. Freeware certainly isn't free when it's force installs other programs.
I finally finished downloading this. Thanks so much for posting and then reposting it. It is very much appreciated.

Each episode is 85-125 minutes; so, it's not going to get much better. The originals up on the site for streaming are 720p x264 and rocking about 2GB a pop. I don't donate, so I could only get the first 5 (until Sunday); but if 720p is going to top around 22GB, this 1080p seems just about right at 48GB.
A proper x265 encode should drop it to ~25 @ 1080p.
