Horror is a very varied genre, it not just stuff that's meant to scare you. Wikipedia lists it as a supernatural drama, that definitely interests me.

Not sure, I saw it in theaters. I would try watching it, you'll know the part where there should be subtitles. If they don't come up just wait a couple of days, a file should pop up soon.

Just google "A Ghost Story srt", it actually is already up on multiple websites for this file.
