South Park is an American adult animated sitcom created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone and developed by Brian Graden for the Comedy Central television network. The show revolves around four boys—Stan Marsh, Kyle Broflovski, Eric Cartman, and Kenny McCormick—and their bizarre adventures in and around the titular Colorado town. Much like The Simpsons, South Park uses a very large ensemble cast of recurring characters and became infamous for its profanity and dark, surreal humor that satirizes a wide range of topics towards a mature audience.

If you're downloading files in a batch that are all under 5GB, download them all in parallel! You might have a chance to get more out of the download due to timing the global header at the same time, until you pass it again

As far as I'm aware, any version of the episode with a rendering of Muhammad instead of the black "CENSORED" bar is a fan creation. Since there's likely no alternate video available, the Blu-ray video paired with a DTS track I found where someone (very nicely) stitched the Blu-ray audio with the highest quality available version of the uncensored monologues would be the best version currently possible.

If this mixture of sources isn't available online, I have no idea why, as it's very easy to multiplex h.264 video with DTS audio.

EDIT: I forgot that the censored version of the episode also censors the name "Muhammad," so I guess that DTS source was leaked from somewhere else; every utterance of the name sounds natural so it's not an obvious fan edit like any other version I've heard.

As far as I know they haven't. I personally pay the $5 for a terabytes worth of downloading a month. It's in my opinion the way to go. I also use JDownloader2 to load the links and download it while I'm away. I usually download overnight while I'm sleeping and if I'm lucky most of my stuff will be finished by time I wake up.
