It's a shame these x265 uploads often have low-bitrate audio (in this case 192 kbps for 6 channel audio.)

I'm having no luck either. Pasting exactly what is copied into the bas64 decoder and I'm still getting an invalid key alert. Any help would be much appreciated.

It definitely works. Copy the key (IUhERzYtbDF6WGdvQ3RVQkNMdkVVeWc=), enter it on the top field of the Base64 Decoder website, then copy the value from the lower field on the website (should start with !H****) and paste it.
