Extract with 7zip/peazip (windows), bandizip (windows/mac), keka (mac), p7zip (linux).
If you're still having trouble extracting, verify that the file integrity is intact by using the .sfv file with the checksum verification tool of your choice.

thank you for the upload i really appreciate but im having some problem with the extracting i guess.
i downloaded all the parts including .sfv file. im selecting all then extracting but only the first 12 episodes in the first file ( there are first 12 episodes in the first part) were extracted.

Winrar won't work. You need to use 7zip or bandizip. Winrar is pretty old and doesn't recognize the files made by 7zip. Using either of the tools I mentioned, right click and extract from the .7z.001 file, and it will all extract
edit: I misread your comment. The other files are just split up into parts, you don't need to extract any of the other files, just the first one. There are only 12 episodes in Season 4
