Yours is much higher quality, for sure. The multipart archive can be downloaded all at once, so it's not much of a burden to someone who wants the lower quality. The size of this one would be a burden to anyone who gets throttled 6 hours every 5GB or who is limited to 10GB of filesystem storage when downloading through a browser. My point though was just that they aren't different edits despite having different names.

Pretty sure this is the MOOVEE encode.
The video bitrate is 13.7 Mbps as OP said, and the audio is DTS 5.1 at 1,509 kbps, so the overall bitrate is 15.2 Mbps, for those curious.
