That's Adobe Audition, but there are free programs like Spek that let you do the same thing. In a nutshell, you look out for any cutoff (extreme example) which can possibly indicate that it's actually from a lossy source.

I don't recommend Spek for FLAC, I would recommend Spectro for FLAC however.
