This link is for a folder containing the 2001 Director's Edition of the movie and three short documentaries from the Bonus Features disc.

The Lost Enterprise - Star Trek Phase II follows the chaotic development of what would become the film.

The movie file has three embedded commentaries.

The cast and crew commentary that came on the disc, a pretty dry affair.
An exclusive commentary recorded by the Director's Edition production team. This is a much livelier and heartful commentary as the men recount working on the new version and discuss its themes and subtext. It's one of my favourite commentaries of any film.
*A text commentary track by Michael Okuda, also included on the disc.

Other than that, the audio is AC3passthru and it has English subtitles. I used RF17 for this to try to preserve as much quality as possible without getting too large for a DVDrip.
