Or if you use an actually powerful operating system like linux, this should work on the command line:
openssl enc -base64 -d <<<
insert base64 string for decoding | Megalinks MegaDB insert base64 string for decoding=
To encode:
openssl enc -base64 <<<
insert string to encode | Megalinks MegaDB insert string to encode
On my debian system openssl was already installed or installed by a dependency of another application.
