It's a command line program but it's pretty easy to use for a site like Crunchy-Roll, you'll just need to pass in your username and password in the arguments

EX command: youtube-dl.exe -u USERNAME -p PASSWORD -i --all-subs URL1 URL2 URL3 ...

Edit: I've actually been thinking about making a meta post tutorial to show people how to write simple .bat files that will batch download groups of videos into sorted directories.
