The HDTV Rips are simply the television broadcast which includes censors, all watermarks such as the rating shown at the beginning of the episode, and only 720p quality at best. The AMZN rips are the cleanest things you'll get which are in 1080p, uncensored, and have no such watermarks. Definitely worth the wait.
