First I used mega downloaded to actually download the file, and about every 5 GB or so the megadowloder speed will go down to 0 (this is you hitting the download limit). When this happens I then used the batch file from this comment which exploit a bug on megas website. When I go back to megadowloder, the download speed goes back up to what it was before. Watch out though, this code only seems to work when using megadownloder. Repeat every time the speed drops.

if you dl via the web, and just let the page be, it resumes the dl after the countdown timeout expires. if the file is bigger than 10GB, you'll run out of html5 temp space. so that's a problem.
