s01e05 looks like it failed too, I'm re-ripping right now and I'll comment when they're fixed. Let me know if you notice any other problems, grabbed these with youtube-dl and while it didn't report errors that's not a guarantee it worked 100%.

So it looks like s01e04 is just borked on the Adult Swim site and so is s01e05 at 480p so those files will be lower res, most likely 360p.

Both s01e04 and 05 are fixed now, unfortunately they are 360p instead of 480p.
