Yes there is. I just found a 1080p version since this one was blasted off the Mega servers. Not on Mega though.

The USA's tenuous legal case against him has been so incredibly protracted -- it's been about 5 years now since the initial raid, and still there is no end in sight. It almost seems like Mr. Dotcom might die of old age before his case is resolved one way or the other.
