I use pia (private internet access) they run off open vpn from what I can tell and it's Mac Windows and mobile. If anything y the lowest plan option to test and you like them then buy a year it's what I did

It should be TVDB formatted as this was uploaded directly from my plex folder and I didn't have to make any changes to plex to read the files correctly.
