VLC 2.2.6 has an audio problem playing this file. (I've checked, the problem is fixed in the latest nightly builds but who knows when there will be a new official release.) | Megalinks MegaDB

As an alternative try MPC-HC (for Windows) or MPV (for Mac and Linux) they are FOSS and they work perfectly. | Megalinks MegaDB

Does anyone else have an odd audio spike issue with this download?

TL;DR
OK, I've checked, VLC on Windows, the audio levels are changing every idk 5/10 sec. I've also checked it with the source file (the file I remuxed it from) and the issue still persists (phew, I didn't fuck up sth in the remuxing). VLC on Linux no problem. I've tried MPC-HC and it played perfectly, so I recommend it. MPC-HC is free and open source like VLC but on my potato laptop it plays 4k and x265 content like a champ compared to VLC that flops.

I don't. Maybe try a different player or device. Is it at a particular time or throughout the vid?
