[B]ase and [K]ey parts are encoded in base64. Decode the two parts and add https://mega.nz/ in front of it all to get the working link.

[PW+MD5.b64] is a base64 encoded text file containing the p455w0rd5 for the RAR archives in which are the actual .mkv files. Open it using cat or some text editor like Notepad++ or SublimeText in order to get its content, then paste that into a base64 decoder in order to get the actual p455w0rd5.

Contains also the MD5 signatures of each RARs in case you wanna do a check on that yourself.
