yes, get mkvtoolnix, load one file at a time, highlight the signs/songs sub and in the panel to the right under General options just make it default and it'll automatically make the the full subs second. After you're done with one, close out the tab and click the New button or all your files will have the same file name. I absolutely love that program.

It'll depend on the series. The Walking Dead is quite grainy and they don't use enough bitrate to keep the grain intact, but for a "clean" looking show there usually isn't that much of a huge difference.

Yeah, each season is split into 200MB archives. You'll need to use JDownloader to download all the RAR files and then extract them to get the mkv files. You can remove the RARs once the extraction is complete. All this might sound daunting if you've never done it before but it is fairly straightforward. I'll help you through it if you want.

I've actually been in the process of uploading the 1080p x265 UTR encodes since yesterday, depending on how long it takes to finish it will be up either by the end of the day or tomorrow.
