i have downloaded it and it says audio bitrate is 288 kb/s in MPC-HC. it also says 7.1

it sounds perfectly fine.

video bitrate is 2187 kb/s

Is their a proper way of stitching the parts back together? Or is something like windows movie maker ok? I wouldn't want the audio to be out of sync.
