If you plan on watching this just on your laptop I'd recommend you get the 9GB version that I posted earlier.

You'll only be able to notice the difference on a bigger screen. If you want to connect the laptop to you TV through HDMI, in that case you don't need any special requirements. Just play the file in VLC and connect your laptop to your TV and you should be good

But there IS a quality difference! Birate alone is enough to differentiate video quality and I've compared it to xH265 releases and a SPARKS release. This version is the best one I know of.
