Hi there everyone. I'm working on grabbing some shows off Hulu, now my only question is whenever a episode ends it shows the Hulu splash page displaying what's next. This only affects endings that aren't animated as my recent upload Moral Orel had the ending intact due to it having an animated sequence. I just wanted to know if that's gonna annoy anyone on this sub I can live with it considering that it's only the ending title, but just wanted to get some input from everyone.

While you could use video software to cut it out, it would be time consuming and wouldn't justify it. This entitled generation will have to make due. Dont worry about it.

Do those splash screens have any hidden info like OP account details, like when review samples are sent to people for awards stuff? I don't want your account getting tracked by Hulu an banned.

I would be more concerned about scraping personal data about the of the creation of files out before you upload them. In windows you can do this through the properties dialog and don't need a special program.

Go for it mate, there will always be those who complain but the majority will be thankful for the work you put in especially if they have ripped and uploaded themselves in the past.
Nobody will care; but if you care, you could get this: https://mkvtoolnix.download/ and once you've finished the episode, find the time stamp of when the shit starts, then drag the file here, click the edit tab, change to "split after time stamp", put in the time, and click "transcode".
It'll split the file to before and after. Then delete the little one and keep the big one. Problem solved. 🙂

Just finished Loiter Squad. Uploaded Tim and Eric's Bedtime Stories, encoding the first 4 seasons of Aqua Teen Hunger Force. I'm thinking of recording Home Movies, seeing as I haven't found a good quality rip online in a long time. Might try to do a 1080p webrip of the latest American Dad episode as well.

Ever since I had a computer since I was younger I've always wanted to give back to the scene that has given me so many shows that I either couldn't watch or missed. Since I built my computer I'm able to give back finally. It might not be top of the line like some other uploaders here who are offering 1080p BL Rips, but I'm trying to at least give back to the community that has given to me. Also it helps out my Plex Server for some low quality shows that I can now rip in high quality.

Same. I work 6 days a week build stuff in my garage and I still need something to keep my mind busy and doing this and coloring keeps me sane honestly. I'm one of those people who would go crazy if I just sat around doing nothing. I tend to think about things way too much, so this is a good time filler.

Some shows have the screen at the end and some don't. It's usually shows that have something going on during the credits that don't. I've noticed that with aqua teen hunger force it didn't have it, than later on in the season Hulu started putting there splash screen on again. I'm using PlayOn to record the files so I'm not in front of the PC to make the screen full again.

I'm using a app called PlayOn Tv. It basically is a DVR for your streaming sites that your subscribed too. It'll record the episode in 720p for you. I though I try it. It was only $18 for the year

Yeah, I say beggars can't be choosers. Someone is doing work for you for free, just be happy with what you get. Missing out on credits doesn't bother me unless there's some more actual content in there.
