Does this version remove the JP text from the screen?
I'm not sure. I haven't seen the film yet. There aren't any hardcoded subtitles, if that's what you mean.

Nah, the film has very stylish japanese text on the screen that the english release removes. I'll just download it and see what happens

I thought this was better than the 2014 American version (certainly better than the 1998 version, which shouldn't even be spoken of).
